EPISolutions online shop purchasing process

1.1 General conditions

Registration at EPISolutions is free of charge. You will have access to your personal data through a password and can change them at any time. The client is not obliged to register and can unsubscribe at any time. The information we receive when registering is completely confidential and only EPISolutions will have access to the data.

1.2 Purchase process.

For the acquisition of the products at EPISolutions, the Users can make a Registration or make a purchase without it. Users must be of legal age (18 years of age), and follow the instructions that appear on the screen and execute them, as well as any other instructions that are included on the different screens of the site:

  • Complete the electronic form that you need to fill in at any time, following the instructions indicated on it;
  • click the acceptance button;
  • receipt of registration compliance in the User's e-mail account.

The "login" and password facilitated by the User to EPISolutions are identifiers and enabling elements to access and make purchases and are personal and not transferable. The "login" cannot be changed by the User, but the password. Once modified, the old password will lose its validity.

After the User registers at EPISolutions, and to make the purchase of the products, you must choose the category of products, add the product you want to purchase to the "Shopping Cart", and proceed according to the indications that appear on the screen until you finish the order. When the order is sent automatically to EPISolutions, it supposes the reading and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of the present Conditions of Purchase, as well as, of the existing Particular Conditions. The purchase is understood to be made at the domicile of EPISolutions, unless legal provision to the contrary.

Once the purchase has been made, EPISolutions will send a proof of purchase by e-mail to the User/Buyer. In the same way, the User/Buyer can ask EPISolutions for the corresponding invoice. The order confirmation and the proof of purchase do not replace the invoice.

EPISolutions reserves the right to cancel the login and password, and also the access to the online shop of the Users, who keep some debt with EPISolutions.

1.3 Shipping costs

You can consult the shipping costs by adding the products to the shopping cart and selecting the delivery district.

The transport price depends on the volume of the products, the weight and the shipping area.

If you have not contracted the special transport service, the User/Buyer will have to take the goods where he wants to install them, by his own means.

VERY IMPORTANT: If, at the time of delivery by the carrier, there is any non-conformity or if the goods are visibly damaged, you must report the non-conformity in the carrier's document and inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the request by e-mail or telephone. In any case, you must always check that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and whenever the packaging is damaged, indicate the non-conformity in the carrier's document "DANGICATED PACKAGING" or similar in order to be able to claim later, otherwise, the carrier will give according to the receipt of the product.

1.4 Delivery times

*For products NOT AVAILABLE in stock, delivery time can vary from 8 days to 16 weeks. Please check the delivery time via the contact form.

If you need the material urgently, please check the delivery time by e-mail or filling in the contact form.

*The products indicated IN STOCK, are available in our warehouses permanently (except exceptional cases).

The delivery period will depend on the following circumstances:

If all the products in the order are available when we receive payment:

  • Continental Portugal: 2 to 3 working days.
  • Islands: 10 to 15 working days.
  • Important: Not counting weekends and holidays.

If any of the products are not immediately available:

  • In the product sheet, you will indicate the usual delivery time, counted from the reception of the payment, or the estimated date of reception in our warehouse: Available for shipping in: 7 - 11 days or Available: dd/mm/yyyy. Please note that you may see a product on the site, in stock, and at the time we receive your payment, it is no longer in stock.
  • We will send the complete order when we receive the missing products. On some occasions, we will send a partial order. In these cases, to consult the deadline for the second shipment, access the Customer Account on our website and check the detailed order information.
  • If before placing your order, you identify that a product is not available, we recommend placing two orders separating those available from those not available.

NOTE: EPISolutions will try to respect these deadlines, however, its delay, due to transport or manufacturing problems outside the company, will not imply the cancellation of the request, nor any compensation.

1.5. Delivery of products.

EPISolutions delivers the products purchased by the User/Buyer as soon as possible to the address indicated for that purpose at the time of registration and finalisation of the purchase.

NOTE: EPISolutions will try to respect these deadlines, however, its delay, due to transport or manufacturing problems outside the company, will not imply the cancellation of the request, nor any compensation.

1.6. Price and form of payment.

The purchase prices in force at the time of ordering are those that appear in the online shop. Prices include VAT, at the legal rate.

In the event that a typographical error occurs, we will contact the client as soon as possible to resolve it. 

Generally, any tax, fee, tax and brokerage that are due as a consequence of buying and selling products, as well as any other expenses that are derived from it, will be at the expense and expense of the User.

The shipping costs that will appear in the online shop will be at the expense of the User and will correspond to the prices marked by the contracted carrier at each moment, and will be according to the destination and weight of the shipment.

Payment of products and shipping costs can be made by credit card, Multibanco, MBWAY or Payshop.

In order to make the payment, the User must follow each and every one of the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the following information, if it is made by credit card: a) type of card; b) card number; c) expiry date; d) as well as any other that is required on the screen.

The navigation and purchase process at EPISolutions are carried out through the SSL protocol, thus providing both the client and EPISolutions with the highest standards in confidentiality and security in communications.

This protocol is universally supported by the main browsers and guarantees the User (I) the identity of the recipient of his/her data (no supplanting of the seller), (II) the confidentiality of the information transmitted by him/her and (III) the integrity (no manipulation) of the information informed by him/her.

Likewise, EPISolutions manifests that, in no case, it stores the data provided by the Users through the payment platform, and that they are only kept while the purchase is made, the payment is made and until the end of the withdrawal period. To provide greater security to the owners of the credit cards, a number of three digits has been included in their cards, which serves as identification code to verify the physical presence of the card during the transactions through the Internet. This three-digit number is printed on the back of your card (near the signature). To prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, these control digits will be required to validate the transaction.


Possible bank fees are borne by the customer.

  • Credit card payment. Only through the online shop.
  • Payment by ATM. Through ATM or Home Banking terminals.
  • Payment by MBWAY. Through the MBWAY application, available for mobile devices.
  • Payment by Payshop. Through Payshop agents or CTT shops.


Please be advised that we will send an invoice for each shipment. If you need only one invoice, please let us know so that we do not make partial shipments. If you wish to change ANY DATA from it, you must communicate ON A MAXIMUM TIME OF 3 DAYS via e-mail info@epis.store .
