Belo Solutions, Lda, also known as EPISolutions, is the entity responsible for processing your personal data, determining the methods used to process it and the purposes for which it will be processed, ensuring your privacy is protected. As such, our operations are in line with the law and the new GDPR.

Data processors

EPISolutions is the entity responsible for collecting and processing your personal data, which is processed and stored both automatically and non-automatically.

We do not store or collect payment card details. This information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policies. These payment processors adhere to PCI-DSS standards, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort made by brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the safe usage of payment information.

User rights

When you place an order on the website, we will store your Order Information unless/until a request is made for said information to be deleted.
