Belo Solutions, Lda, also known as EPISolutions, is the entity responsible for processing your personal data, determining the methods used to process it and the purposes for which it will be processed, ensuring your privacy is protected. As such, our operations are in line with the law and the new GDPR.
EPISolutions is the entity responsible for collecting and processing your personal data, which is processed and stored both automatically and non-automatically.
Personal information we collect

- Carry out potential risk and fraud assessments; and

We use the Device Information we collect (specifically IP address) to help carry out fraud and risk assessments and, more generally, improve and optimise our website (for example, by assessing how our customers navigate and interact with the website as well as evaluating the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We do not store or collect payment card details. This information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policies. These payment processors adhere to PCI-DSS standards, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort made by brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the safe usage of payment information.
