1. Scope and Object of the General Conditions of the Shop

The present General Conditions are intended, with the order form, and the other elements mentioned in the same, to regulate the terms and conditions under which will be governed the provision of the Online Store Service EPISolutions by Belo Solutions, Ltd, with headquarters at Rua da Escola, 12, Fração A - Vieirinhos 3105-069 Carriço, under the unique number of registration and identification of legal person No. 502569271, hereinafter "EPISolutions".

The Service consists in providing, through the address https://www.epis.store, access to the Online Store which, in addition to providing information regarding a set of products and/or services, allows the User, electronically, ordering the products disclosed therein, under the terms and conditions described herein.

Product orders must be placed by Users who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older (individuals under the age of 18 must have permission from their representatives). The elements and information transmitted by the User shall enjoy full legal effect, the User recognising electronic purchases, and the User may not claim the lack of signature for failure to comply with the obligations undertaken.

2. Product Information and Contents

EPISolutions will do its best to ensure that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, and will quickly correct them whenever they occur. If you purchase a product that has different characteristics to those presented online, you have the right to proceed to the cancellation of the purchase contract in the applicable legal terms (right of free cancellation - see point 9).

EPISolutions will do its best to ship all the products ordered, but it is possible that in certain cases and due to causes difficult to control by EPISolutions, such as human errors or incidences in computer systems, it will not be possible to make available any of the products ordered by the User. If any product is not available after having placed the order, you will be notified by e-mail or by telephone. At that moment you will be presented with the possibility of cancelling the order with the respective refund, if you have already made the respective payment.

All information about price, products, specifications, promotional actions and services may be changed at any time by EPISolutions.

3. Responsibilities

3.1 All products and services sold in the EPISolutions Online Store are in accordance with Portuguese Law.

3.2 The Shop has the appropriate levels of security, however EPISolutions shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the User and/or third parties due to delays, interruptions, errors and suspensions of communications that originate from factors beyond its control, namely, any deficiencies or failures caused by the communications network or communications services provided by third parties, the computer system, the modems, the connection software or any computer viruses or resulting from downloading ("download") through the service of files infected or containing viruses or other properties that may affect the User's equipment. If for some reason of access error to the website of the EPISolutions Online Store there is impossibility to provide service, EPISolutions will not be responsible for eventual damages.

3.3 The consultation of data and information carried out within the scope of this Service is presumed to be carried out by the User, EPISolutions declining any responsibility arising from the abusive or fraudulent use of the information obtained.

3.4 EPISolutions will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by misuse of the Service that is not directly attributable to it as a result of intent or serious misconduct.

3.5 EPISolutions is not responsible for damages or injury resulting from the failure or defective performance of the Service when this is not directly or indirectly attributable to intent or gross negligence, and is not responsible for (i) errors, omissions or other inaccuracies relating to the information provided through the Service; (ii) damages caused by the fault of the User or third parties, including infringements of intellectual property, (iii) the non-fulfilment or defective fulfillment that results from the fulfilment of judicial decisions or administrative authorities or (iv) the non-fulfilment or defective fulfillment that results from the occurrence of situations of force majeure, that is, situations of an extraordinary or unpredictable nature, outside EPISolutions and which cannot be controlled by EPISolutions, such as fires, power cuts, explosions, wars, riots, civil insurrections, government decisions, strikes, earthquakes, floods or other natural disasters or other situations not controlled by EPISolutions which prevent or hinder the fulfilment of the obligations undertaken.

3.6. EPISolutions does not guarantee that:

i) the Service is provided uninterruptedly, is secure, error-free or operates infinitely;

ii) the quality of any product, service, information or any other material purchased or obtained through the Service fulfills any expectation of the User in relation to the same;

iii) any material obtained in any way through the use of the Service is used at the risk and expense of the User, the latter being solely responsible for any damage caused to its computer system and equipment or any loss of data resulting from such operation.

iv) no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the User from or through the Service will create any guarantee that is not expressed in these General Conditions.

3.7. You agree that EPISolutions shall in no way be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, content, or any other loss (even if you have been previously advised by the User of the possibility of such damages), arising:

i) the use or impossibility to use the Service;

ii) the difficulty of obtaining any substitute for goods/services;

iii) unauthorized access or modification to personal databases.

4. Consumer Obligations

4.1. The user undertakes to

i) Provide correct personal data and addresses;

ii) Not to use false identities;

iii) respect the order limits imposed.

4.2 If any of the data is incorrect or insufficient, and for this reason there is a delay or impossibility in the processing of the order, or eventual non-delivery, the responsibility lies with the User, and EPISolutions declines any responsibility. In case the consumer violates any of these obligations, EPISolutions reserves the right to eliminate future purchases, block access to the shop, cancel the supply of any other services made available simultaneously by EPISolutions to the same User; and, still, don't allow the User future access to any or any services made available by EPISolutions.

4.3 The use of products and services acquired for commercial purposes, namely for the purpose of resale of goods, is expressly prohibited.

5. Privacy and Personal Data Protection 

5.1. EPISolutions guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by Users.

5.2 The personal data identified on the order form as being of mandatory supply are indispensable for the provision of the Service by EPISolutions. The omission or inaccuracy of the data provided by the User is their sole and entire responsibility and may give rise to a refusal to provide the Service by EPISolutions.

5.3 The User's personal data shall be processed and stored on computer and shall be used by EPISolutions within the framework of the contractual and/or commercial relationship with the User.

5.4 Under the terms of the applicable legislation, the User is guaranteed, without additional charges, the right to access, rectify and update their personal data, directly or by written request, as well as the right to object to their use for the purposes set out in the previous paragraph, and for this purpose should contact the entity responsible for processing the personal data: Belo Solutions, Lda.

5.5 The Internet is an open network, therefore the personal data of the User, other personal information and all the content hosted in the Service may circulate in the network without conditions of security, also running the risk of being accessible and used by unauthorized third parties for this purpose, and EPISolutions cannot be held responsible for such access and/or use.

6. Cancellation of orders

6.1 At the request of the User The User will be able to make the cancellation of his order requesting it to EPISolutions through the telephone number or e-mail referring the number of the order, which will be accepted as long as it has not been processed yet. After its processing, EPISolutions will try to effect the delivery of the same, but the User has the option of not accepting it.

For the purpose of cancellation the User must indicate the following data to EPISolutions:

a) Order number

b) TIN with which you made the order and delivery address

6.2 By decision of EPISolutions

EPISolutions reserves the right not to process orders, when it verifies some inconsistency in the personal data presented or observes misconduct on the part of the buyer. EPISolutions reserves the right not to process any order or refund, in case of errors in the values and/or characteristics of the products, when these result from technical problems or errors alien to EPISolutions.

Return (Right of Resolution)

7.1. If you are a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without compensation within a period of fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, the User may use the draft below, indicating all his/her identification details, the subscribed service he/she wishes to terminate and the date of subscription. The communication must be made, by letter, through the return of the purchased goods, or by other appropriate means and susceptible to proof within the period defined above.

The consumer must return the goods to EPISolutions under the appropriate conditions of use within fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal.

The packaging must be returned complete, as delivered and accompanied by all documentation received, including the following documents: sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product. The packaging and the documents indicated must be sent free of charge to the following address:

If the User chooses other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility.

7.2 Upon receipt of the return at EPISolutions the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the order (sales invoice value) will be returned to the User. In case you have used a promotional discount code, this value will not be returned, that is, the refund will be only for the value effectively paid.

7.3 The method of refunding the amount to be returned depends on the method of payment used for the respective order. In the case of credit card and PayPal payments, these are credited to the respective accounts. In other cases, when information from NIB is provided, the refund is made to the bank account indicated. Otherwise, the refund is made by cheque to the billing address. The refund is made up to 14 days after receipt of the free will and the return of the goods.

7.4 In the absence of any of the components of the article sold or, if any of them is not in excellent condition, there will be no refund of the price or postage and the product will be sent back to the original shipping address.

8. Manufacturing defect

8.1 In the event of a "manufacturing defect", i.e. when faults are detected in the equipment which, in principle, do not fall within the scope of the respective guarantee, the User must return the equipment, together with a copy of the invoice and the completed "Request for Exchange / Return of Equipment" form, within a maximum of 30 consecutive days from the date of the invoice, to the following address:

If the User chooses other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility.

8.2 In order to exchange the product, you must ensure that the packaging is complete (box, instruction manual, guarantee certificate, terminal and accessories) and that it contains all the components making up the product, in excellent condition.

8.3 In the absence of any of the above elements, or if any of the components are not in an excellent state of repair, no exchange will take place and the product will be sent back to the User. 

9. Guarantee

9.1 All the equipment available in the Shop is duly certified by the competent international entities.

9.2 The equipment and accessories have a warranty period defined by the manufacturer, which in legal terms is at least 2 (two) years. This period is considered from the date of invoice of the equipment and can only be exercised upon presentation of the guarantee certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice) duly completed.

9.3 Equipment which has exceeded the period defined by the manufacturer or has defects caused by abnormal wear, improper installation, bad weather, electrical discharges, negligence or accidents, poor handling, infiltration of moisture/liquid, use of non-original accessories and technical interventions by unauthorised personnel are considered to be outside the guarantee conditions.

9.4 If the equipment should break down, and if it is covered by the guarantee, the User may go with it, and the respective proof of purchase and/or guarantee, to a technical assistance centre of the brand.

9.5 The accessories covered by the guarantee, if they break down, must be sent, with proof of purchase and/or guarantee, to the following address:

If the User chooses other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility. The User must always request the receipt from the CTT that proves the sending of the order.

9.6 If the equipment breaks down and this breakdown is not covered by the guarantee, the User may go to a technical assistance centre of the brand with the equipment and the respective proof of purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 The Shop is a registered site and the Service provided by the site itself is the responsibility of Belo Solutions, Lda.

10.2 The User acknowledges that the Service contains confidential information and is protected by copyright and related rights, industrial property and other applicable legislation.

10.3 The User acknowledges that any content appearing in the advertising, highlighting, promotion or mention of any sponsor or advertiser is protected by copyright and related rights laws, industrial property laws and other property protection laws, so any use of such content may only occur under the express authorization of the respective owners.

10.4 The User undertakes to fully respect the rights referred to in the preceding paragraph, namely refraining from any acts that may violate the law or the said rights, such as the reproduction, commercialisation, transmission or making available to the public of these contents or any other unauthorised acts that have the same contents as their object.

11. Service Security Conditions

11.1 The User undertakes to observe all applicable legal provisions, in particular, not to practice or encourage the practice of illegal acts or offensive of good customs, such as the indiscriminate sending of unsolicited communications (spamming) in violation of the provisions of the legislation applicable to the  processing of personal data and advertising communications through automatic calling devices, and must also observe the rules of use of the Service, under penalty of EPISolutions suspending or deactivating the Service under the terms provided in paragraph 14.

11.2 The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that the IP Network constitutes a public electronic communications network susceptible to use by several users, and as such subject to computer overloads, and therefore EPISolutions does not guarantee the provision of the Service without interruption, loss of information or delays.

11.3 EPISolutions also does not guarantee the provision of the Service in situations of unpredictable overload of the systems in which it is supported or of force majeure (situations of an extraordinary or unpredictable nature, external to EPISolutions and which cannot be controlled by it).

11.4 In the event of interruption of the provision of the Service due to unpredictable overload of the systems on which it is supported, EPISolutions undertakes to regularise its operation as soon as possible.

12. Suspension and Deactivation of the Store Service

12.1 Irrespective of any prior or subsequent communication, EPISolutions may, at any time and in its sole discretion, discontinue making the Service and or part of the Service available to one or all Users.

12.2 EPISolutions also reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately in the following cases: a) When the User does not observe the conditions of use referred to in point 4 and others referred to in the General Conditions; b) When EPISolutions ceases access to the Shop, upon 15 days prior notice of the date of termination.

12.3 The suspension or termination of the Service by EPISolutions, under the terms of the previous paragraphs, does not matter the right of the User or any third party to any compensation or other indemnity and EPISolutions cannot be held liable or in any way burdened, for any consequence resulting from the suspension, termination, cancellation of the Service.

12.4 In the situations described above, EPISolutions will communicate to the User in advance so that the User can, if he/she wishes, safeguard the contents of his/her area of visualisation of orders within 3 (three) working days from the sending of the e-mail or availability of the information on the main page of the Service.

13. Communications

13.1 Without prejudice to other forms of communication provided for in these General Conditions, notifications made to the User relating to the Service, including any changes to these General Conditions, may be made to the User's e-mail address by SMS or telephone contact.

13.2 The User agrees to receive any and all communication and/or notification related to the Online Store, to the address, contact telephone number and/or e-mail address ("e-mail") indicated in the order process. At any time, you may request not to receive these communications and/or notifications through the Contact Form or through the option "Do not receive the Newsletter" registered in each Newsletter.

14. Technical configurations

14.1 Without prejudice to the following paragraph, EPISolutions may change the Service and/or the technical conditions for its provision, as well as its rules of use, and shall disclose such changes to the User at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance.

14.2. The current version of these General Conditions and their annexes is available at https://www.epis.store.

15. Communications

15.1 Whenever EPISolutions deems it necessary or convenient to optimise the navigation experience and/or improve connectivity conditions, it may remotely reformulate network configurations. 

15.2 Without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraphs, and taking into account the innovative nature of the Service and the technological developments to which it may be subject, EPISolutions may change its technical configurations whenever it is appropriate to adapt it to possible technological developments.

15.3 EPISolutions does not, however, guarantee the User any upgrades or improvements to the Service.

15.4 Some upgrades or new functionalities of the Service may only be available against payment by the User and/or subscription to Specific Conditions of use.

16. Complaints

16.1. The User can submit any contractual conflicts, to the arbitration and mediation mechanisms that are or come to be legally constituted, as well as complain to EPISolutions of acts and omissions that violate the legal provisions applicable to the acquisition of goods.

16.2. The complaint must be submitted within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, counted from the knowledge of the facts by the User, being registered in the information systems of EPISolutions which must decide the complaint and notify the interested party within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of its receipt.

Applicable Law

The contract is governed by Portuguese law.
